About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client, a national firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors, is seeking a Senior Finance Administrator to join their team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client portfolios from beginning to end, conducting business development, planning and executing external audits, and leading audit teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing client portfolios from beginning to end
- Business Development
- Planning and execution of external audits
- Managing and leading audit teams
- Reviewing audit files
- Finalising audits for partner’s review
- Assisting and managing SAICA Trainees
- Ability to liaise with clients
- Experience in assessing staff performance and staff development
Requirements
- CA(SA)
- SAICA articles completed at a South African auditing practice
- 2-4 years post-articles’ experience
- Caseware knowledge/experience
- Pastel knowledge/experience
- Valid South African driver’s license
- Own transport
