About the Role
AtripleA recruitment & temps is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing project deliverables, ensuring high-quality standards while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing project deliverables
- Ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards
- Cost Estimation and Budgeting
- Contract Management
- Procurement
- Cost Control and Monitoring
- Site Visits and Inspections
- Documentation and Reporting
- Client and Stakeholder Communication
Requirements
- Honours degree in Quantity Surveying
- At least 5 years’ experience post registration as a Quantity Surveyor
- Registration with the South African Council of the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP)
- Ability to prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Experience in cost planning and analysis
- Excellent data management and quantitative skills
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Conduct meetings with project stakeholders
- Work with limited supervision
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications: Honours degree in Quantity Surveying, Registration with the South African Council of the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP)
