About the Role
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Content Manager to join our small luxury hotel group based in Cape Town. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand identity and showcase our luxurious hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms
- Create engaging content aligned with the brand identity
- Manage content calendars and posting schedules
- Oversee brand consistency across digital channels
- Design graphics and visual assets for marketing campaigns
- Monitor engagement, insights, and performance metrics
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management and content creation
Graphic design skills (Adobe, Canva or similar tools)
Strong understanding of brand positioning and luxury marketing
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Hospitality experience advantageous
