This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of spa operations and supporting both therapists and guests to create an exceptional spa experience. Key Responsibilities: Co-ordinate spa schedules, treatments, and staff allocations Assist with managing daily operations of the spa facility Provide administrative support to spa management and therapists Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests Oversee stock control and ensure spa areas are maintained to the highest standard Requirements: Previous experience in spa or hospitality administration preferred Spa therapy experience would be advantageous Strong organisational and communication skills Professional and well-presented demeanour Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays This seasonal position offers the opportunity to work within a luxury hospitality environment while ensuring exceptional service delivery to guests.
