Salary: R8,400 Negotiable DOE

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a professional and welcoming Spa Host to join the team at a luxury hotel in Cape Town for the upcoming season. This position is ideal for someone with a warm, guest-focused personality who enjoys creating a serene and professional environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests upon arrival at the spa

• Manage bookings, appointments, and spa schedules

• Provide information on treatments, products, and facilities

• Ensure the spa reception and relaxation areas are maintained to the highest standard

• Support the spa team in delivering an exceptional guest experience

Requirements:

• Previous hospitality or spa reception experience preferred

• Spa therapy experience would be advantageous

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Professional and well-presented demeanour

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
