Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Debtors Clerk to join our team at Dante Group Ltd in Cape Winelands. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving account-related queries, capturing, allocating, and reconciling payments on Xero and Palbroker, and ensuring accurate financial spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve account-related queries
Capture, allocate, and reconcile payments on Xero and Palbroker
Prepare and issue customer account statements
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments
Maintain accurate financial spreadsheets
Compile weekly and monthly debtors reports and income forecasts
Assist with ad hoc administrative duties, including answering calls and supporting reception when required

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in a debtors role
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Willingness to work overtime when required
Managing and resolving account-related queries and customer sales accounts on a daily basis
