Cape Winelands: Food Safety Officer

Key Requirements: Qualification in Food Technology with at least 5 years experience in Quality Assurance preferably in the dairy industry. At least 2 years experience in a supervisory role. Food Safety Management System certification required. Experience in implementing, managing and auditing (IBL, ZA or HACCP) food and quality systems essential.
