Cape Winelands: Sales & Marketing Accounts Manager

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, within FMCG/Agricultural industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experience in managing key accounts and developing long-term client relationships Duties and Responsibilities: Performance Measures: Accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results Client satisfaction and retention rates Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth Successful execution of marketing campaigns Expansion of the customer base and market share Technical Knowledge and Skills Required: Proven experience in sales and marketing within the FMCG/Agricultural industry Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies Strong understanding of customer behaviors and market dynamics Competencies Required: Exceptional interpersonal and communication and skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of organizational and time management skills Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
