About the Role

As a Technical Maintenance Supervisor in our Cape Winelands facility, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical work to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safeguard equipment reliability and staff safety while ensuring operational uptime.
  • Coordinate people, resources, and technical processes.
  • Execute welding, auto electrical, and plumbing tasks efficiently.
  • Plan and lead by example to drive team performance.

Requirements

  • Diploma/experience in plumbing, welding, and/or auto electrics.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in health and safety.
  • Administration and planning qualities.

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certifications in relevant fields (if applicable).
