Job Description

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Currently living in Centurion or Surrounds Minimum 2-4 years of experience in bid administration, proposal management or related roles Experience with document management and collaboration platforms Knowledgeable of the tendering process Able to read Drawings Key Responsibilities Managing the end-to-end bid and proposal process, from initial document review to final submission Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, engineering, and clients, to gather necessary information and ensure a cohesive response Developing and compiling technical information, reports, and marketing materials for proposals Maintaining a comprehensive bid library and ensuring all documents are current and have proper version control Tracking bid progress, deadlines, and deliverables while providing regular updates to the team Ensuring all bids adhere to compliance requirements, best practices, and organizational standards Managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants to facilitate smooth communication and project alignment
