Role Requirements Qualifications – Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience – Minimum 5 years industry sales experience, including at least 3 years in the agricultural supply chain. – Strong technical understanding of: Web and mobile applications Handheld scanners with RFID/barcode functionality BTLE devices Fixed RFID readers/antennas IoT instruments GPS tracking devices Factory/packhouse integration equipment Skills & Competencies – Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets. – Strong proposal writing and reporting skills. – Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. – Self-motivated, competitive, confident, and persuasive. – Excellent presentation and communication abilities. – Strong customer orientation and relationship-building capability. – Skilled negotiator with the ability to close deals efficiently. – Creative mindset with a passion for sales and innovation. – Advanced proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and BRM tools. – Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
