Job Summary

Hire Resolve`s client, a leading provider of cutting-edge construction technology solutions, is currently seeking a Business Development Manager Construction to join their dynamic team in Centurion, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets.

  • Promote and maintain the company brand while ensuring high customer satisfaction through prompt delivery of products and services.

  • Offer tailored solutions by identifying customer needs and pain points through in-depth research.

  • Develop strategies to grow and maintain the customer base, identifying new sales opportunities and nurturing repeat business.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to the National Sales Manager.

  • Ensure efficient sales processes and proper use of CRM software for accurate tracking and reporting.

  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to support sales excellence.

  • Work closely with the National Sales Manager and product specialists to define marketing campaigns and strategies.

  • Stay informed on upcoming regional product launches and actively participate in events.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers within the region.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely and effective solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Gather and incorporate customer feedback for ongoing product and service improvements.

Requirements

  • A Civil Engineering diploma or a related qualification is highly advantageous.

  • Extensive experience in the construction industry, specifically in road-building projects.

  • Proven track record of technical sales within the construction, engineering, or related sectors.

  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions is an advantage.

  • Strong consultative sales ability, with a background in engineering or technical fields.

  • Valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle (company reimburses business kilometers).

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the allocated region.
