Job Overview
We are looking for a Client Servicing Consultant (Administration) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients, supporting our consultants, and managing all administrative tasks across our Health, Wealth, and Short-Term insurance services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Submit applications for Health, Wealth, and Short-Term products
• Assist clients with enquiries and medical questionnaires
• Provide support to sales consultants and their clients
• Capture and submit applications via Zoho
• Follow up on application statuses and provide updates
• Manage diaries, appointments, tasks, and follow-ups
• Attend meetings as required
Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Knowledge of financial services products (Health, Wealth, Short-Term)
• Understanding of FSCA compliance
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, OneDrive, Zoho Desk/CRM/Sign, and Linkus
