Centurion: Customer Liaison and Sales Administrator

Minimum Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) essential Experience in administration, sales support, or customer liaison type of role Excellent telephone and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and technically inclined Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Friendly, fast-paced, and professional demeanor This position requires a person to talk on the phone a lot (self-confidence and telephone etiquette is a must) Duties include but is not limited to: Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the factory Prepare and process quotations and invoices accurately (QuickBooks) Conduct telephonic follow-ups with clients and handle general customer queries Coordinate orders and ensure all documentation is complete and correct Data capture all communication Provide administrative support to the General Manager Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
