Job Description

A well-established Dental Practice in Centurion, Pretoria , is seeking a skilled, HPCSA-Registered Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join their busy and dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be professional, organised, and able to start as soon as possible . Some of the duties will include: Preparing patients for procedures Assisting the dentist during treatments Sterilising instruments and maintaining a clean and organised treatment area Taking X-rays Managing patient records Scheduling appointments and managing the daily appointment book Answering and managing phone calls and email enquiries in a friendly, professional manner Welcoming patients and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes Following up on appointment reminders Maintaining the reception area in a neat and welcoming condition Assisting with lab tasks and taking impressions Providing patients with post-operative care instructions Monitoring and restocking supplies Ensuring all infection control protocols are strictly followed Working Hours: 3 days a week: 07:00 – 16:00 2 days a week: 08:00 – 17:00 2 Saturdays per month: 07:00 – 13:00 Salary: R16,000 gross Requirements: Active HPCSA Registration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, hard-working, and loyal individual Computer literate Experience with GoodX Strong administrative and reception skills If you are a qualified and enthusiastic candidate residing in Pretoria East or Centurion , please apply online today.
