Job Summary
Job Advert Summary To provide a business management support function through the coordination of various strategic initiatives and operations management interventions thereby supporting the Executive and the team to achieve effective and efficient application of resources. To support the Executive and the business unit team with various activities with particular emphasis on Business Planning, Performance Management, Project Coordination, Risk Management, Change Management, Operational and Administrative functions while facilitating proper governance and compliance to legislation and best practice within the framework of the Bank`s policies and guidelines. Key Performance Areas Business Planning at Divisional level Strategic Coordination and Preparation for Meetings, and Engagements Operational and Divisional Efficiencies Risk, Governance and Ethics Management Project Management Divisional Performance Reporting Stakeholder Management Preferred Minimum Education and Experience MBA Commercial Postgraduate Qualification Business Degree Strategy background 5 – 8 years relevant work experience as a Business Manager / Management Consultant / Project Manager / Executive Coordinator 5 years leadership experience in a comparable environment Critical Competencies Analytics (relevant to the function) Legislation Strategic Report Writing Microsoft Office Project Management Principles Financial Principles Strategic Planning and Processes Governance and Risk Sub-committee meetings and Board knowledge Additional Requirements Knowledge of PFMA Knowledge of the Bank Act Bank Strategy and Corporate Plan Knowledge of DFI business / processes
