Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our client in the Plastic Manufacturing industry. The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
Ensure effective cash flow management and debt control.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with company strategy.
Oversee audits and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
