• Design and execute advanced data science projects aligned to strategic objectives, delivering measurable business impact
• Prototype and iterate predictive and prescriptive machine learning models to enhance existing products and pioneer new solutions

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Honors, Masters or PhD in in Statistics, Mathematics, or any Quantitative field
• 10+ years in analytics, including at least 3 years building machine learning/AI solutions
• Expertise in Python, R, SQL; experience with TensorFlow, Hugging Face, FastHTML, FastAPI, Flask, Django advantageous; familiarity with Docker and Azure deployment; strong data analysis, statistical modelling, and machine learning skills
• Leadership capability, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and ethical approach to data and AI
