A leading intelligent solutions company is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting data analysis, implementing and maintaining data solutions, and working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality insights. This role requires strong SQL skills, experience in data transformation, and the ability to identify and interpret trends to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and ad-hoc data projects.
• Source, transform, and manage data using SQL and other relevant tools.
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze data to meet client requirements.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to determine project needs and deliverables.
• Design and implement process improvements for data management.
• Handle ad-hoc queries and documentation of data processes.
• Combine raw data from multiple sources and enhance data quality and reliability.
• Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling in collaboration with data scientists and architects.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines with strong data governance.
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns in large datasets.

Requirements

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Information Technology (Software Development) OR
• BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science
• MCSE Certificate in Data Management & Analytics or Business Intelligence (preferred)

Technical Skills

• Strong SQL database design and development experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (SQL, SSMS, Visual Studio, SSIS, VS Code, Azure).
• Experience in R and Python.
• Ability to work with different programming tools based on project needs.
• Experience in process automation and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of data modeling, design, governance, and management.
• Expertise in data extraction, cleaning, enrichment, and transformation.
• Ability to build ETL pipelines and data systems aligned with business strategy.
