Job Description
Seeking highly experienced professionals to support a large-scale project involving the writing of job descriptions and conducting job evaluations. The ideal candidates will bring deep expertise in job analysis, evaluation, and organisational designparticularly using the REMeasure job evaluation system. This temporary role will provide critical support to ensure the alignment of roles to grading structures and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Write, review, and refine detailed job descriptions tailored to business needs.

Conduct job evaluations and validate outcomes using the REMeasure system.

Support and facilitate Job Evaluation Committees, including moderation and documentation.
-
Provide market insights and benchmarking analysis to support reward and grading decisions.
-
Plan and manage job description and evaluation projects, including timelines and reporting.
-
Conduct role interviews and collaborate with stakeholders across various business units.

Ensure alignment of job roles to organisational design principles and grading frameworks.
-
Uphold governance protocols for job evaluation processes and documentation standards.
Minimum Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
-
10+ years of relevant experience in job evaluation and job description development.
-
REMeasure-certified or trained, with demonstrable hands-on experience.
-
Strong business writing, editing, and documentation skills.
-
Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in consulting or financial services environments preferred.
-
Familiarity with organisational design and structure alignment is a strong advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
