• Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales while achieving monthly and annual targets
• Assist in managing, coaching, and motivating the sales team to deliver results
• Maintain showroom standards, stock profiling, and vehicle valuations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
• Collaborate with marketing and finance teams on promotions, campaigns, and deals
• Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures
• Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive sales, with at least some exposure to management or team leadership
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example
• Valid driver’s license
