WeBridge (www.webridge.co.za) requires an Office Administrator at our office in Clubview on a contracting position for 6 months. We are an innovative company and expect all employees to contribute to the entrepreneurial spirit. Summary of Duties: Office administration and filing. Assist office staff in maintaining client files and databases. Attend office meetings and take minutes. Capture client contact details in our IT system training will be provided. Receive visitors and direct them to the appropriate person in the office. Receive messages from outside parties with necessary details. Populate client template contracts and review client contracts for accuracy. Explain our product to prospective clients and answer their questions. Candidate Requirement: Minimum: Fully conversant in both English and Afrikaans. Minimum: Matric Diploma/Certificate with Maths. Minimum: 2 years experience in a clerical position. Microsoft Suite (Excel / Word / Outlook) General Admin Duties (Copying / Filing / Printing / Answering phones) Must be a self-starter and be able to take initiative. Must be able to execute on unfamiliar tasks and learn along the way. Must have people skills and strong phone etiquette. Must have strong communication skills Preferred: Business/Administrative Course or IT Course.
