Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Accounting Frameworks: Command the complete transactional lifecycle up to Trial Balance, personally managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, balance sheet entries, and rolling daily cash allocations.
• Statutory Compliance & Reporting: Formulate accurate monthly management packs and executive performance summaries, calculate and submit statutory VAT documentation, and orchestrate seamless year-end external audit processes.
• Medical Supply & Inventory Governance: Oversee complex inventory valuation models, lead stock reconciliations, track multi-warehouse product movements, and audit financial metrics unique to specialized medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
• Operational Leadership & Office Management: Supervise and develop the internal administrative team, coordinate daily office operational pipelines, and manage vendor relationships to enhance procurement efficiency.
• Systems Optimization & Analysis: Leverage corporate ERP platforms and advanced modeling to refine financial reporting processes, deliver deep variance insights, and facilitate strategic corporate decision-making.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Formal Education: A completed BCom Degree in Accounting or an equivalent tertiary financial qualification.
• Experience Track: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven success operating in a senior accounting or financial controller capacity.
• Leadership Foundation: 1 to 2 years of reference-backed experience directly supervising or mentoring administrative and junior clerical personnel.
• Sector Domain Expertise: Prior accounting exposure within the medical supply, pharmaceutical, or broader healthcare sectors is highly advantageous, with a preference for candidates familiar with NAPPI codes and clinical inventory workflows.
• Technical Non-negotiables: Advanced operational command of Microsoft Excel and tier-one ERP frameworks, combined with explicit, hands-on experience driving full ledger processing, deep-dive stock reconciliations, and complex VAT calculations.
