Dynamic AuctioneersRole Description:This is a full-time on-site role as a Loose Asset Administrator at Dynamic Auctioneers in Centurion. The role involves tasks related to asset tracing, inventory listing, transportation, warehousing, valuations, and disposals.Qualifications:- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- At least 3 years of experience in asset management or administration- Knowledge of inventory control and tracking- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency in relevant software and databases for asset management

Responsibilities:

– Opening of Movable Files and controlling of the same until closed.- Liaising and arranging for the Upliftment of Loose Assets.- Inventory and Valuation of Assets.- Lotting and Storage of the Loose Assets.- Tracing of insolvent/liquidation Assets.- Compiling of Job cards for all tasks.- Posting of Government Gazette ads on time.- Compiling of Auction Proposals and Budgets.
