Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.Assist in creating company profiles, brochures, proposals, and presentations tailored for both Construction and ICT projects.Manage and update company website and social media platforms with engaging content.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.Assist in developing marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives.Support tender and proposal preparations with marketing materials.Generate leads, maintain CRM database, and support client engagements.Create newsletters, case studies, reports, and multimedia content (graphics, videos, infographics).Track campaign performance, prepare monthly reports, and provide improvement recommendations.Qualifications & SkillsBachelors degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media, SEO, Canva/Adobe, Google Analytics).Basic graphic design and content creation skills will be an added advantage.Ability to work independently in a small team and multitask effectively.Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
