About the Role
We are seeking two Intermediate Project Managers to join our bank’s Group Technology environment, working closely with Technical Product Owners (TPOs) to deliver data-driven and banking-related projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects across data, technology, and banking domains
- Plan, execute, and control project scope, timelines, costs, and quality (PM Triangle)
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and executive levels
- Work closely with PMO and TPOs to ensure alignment to delivery objectives
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective delivery in Agile / hybrid environments
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Provide regular reporting, dashboards, and updates to stakeholders and governance forums
- Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, standards, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- ± 8 years total experience , with at least 5 years as a Project Manager
- Proven experience delivering technology or data-related projects
- Strong understanding of:
- Project management fundamentals (PMBOK, PRINCE2, etc.)
- Scope, time, cost management (PM Triangle)
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively
- Experience working in structured PMO environments
