Job Description
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the motor industry, especially new vehicle sales processes.
- Excellent customer relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the new vehicle sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies and standards.
