About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Nightshift Foreman to lead their production team in Centurion, ensuring efficient operations and meeting quality and safety targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise nightshift staff and daily production activities
- Ensure safe work practices, housekeeping, and quality checks
- Manage start-up/shutdown, shift handovers, and reporting
- Troubleshoot stoppages and coordinate maintenance support
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Foreman/Shift Supervisor in a production environment
- Trade and/or technical maintenance experience (hands-on)
- Afrikaans & English (speak/read/write)
