Front Desk Receptionist & Junior Administrative AssistantCreative Signage & Branding IndustryWe are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Front Desk Receptionist and Junior Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an entry-level position, and full training will be provided.However, we do require the following foundational skills:Minimum RequirementsLanguages: Afrikaans & English (spoken and written)Basic familiarity with a Point-of-Sale, invoicing, or CRM systemExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong sales and marketing soft skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentKey Responsibilities:Reception Duties:1. Managing all incoming calls professionally and efficiently2. Welcoming walk-in clients and assisting them while they await appointments with the design, sales, or production teams3. Managing stock room and collection ordersAdministrative Duties:1. Maintaining stable stock levels of daily consumables and shelf items, 2. Ordering and receiving stock3. Updating the order management system.4. Capturing Invoices and filing. Sales Support1. Assisting walk-in customers with once-off, smaller sales2. Preparing quotations and invoices when needed. 3. Creating Jobcards. 4. Scheduling appointments for the sales and production teams as required. Hours: Mon to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm, Fridays 7:30am to 4pm – No weekends or public holidays
