About the Role
The Centurion role at Dante Group Ltd is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Receptionist/Practice Administrator. As a key point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a warm personality to fit in with our dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors, manage their queries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and mail distribution
- Provide general administrative support to the practice team
Requirements
- Matric (essential) certification
- Previous experience in administration, reception, hospitality, or waitering will be advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Client-focused with excellent organizational skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is an advantage
- Relevant qualifications or certifications may be required for specific tasks
