About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Centurion: Reservations Agent to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and driving revenue growth through effective reservation management and sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations and bookings in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
  • Utilize Hotsoft reservation management system (preference given) to optimize revenue and minimize no-shows
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Develop and implement effective group booking strategies to increase revenue streams
  • Monitor and analyze revenue management data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Matric certificate required
  • Excellent Afrikaans and English language skills (verbal and written)
  • 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven experience with reservation management systems
  • Knowledge of revenue optimization techniques
  • Guest service-oriented approach
  • Problem-solving ability and high attention to detail
