About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Centurion: Reservations Agent to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and driving revenue growth through effective reservation management and sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage reservations and bookings in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
- Utilize Hotsoft reservation management system (preference given) to optimize revenue and minimize no-shows
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Develop and implement effective group booking strategies to increase revenue streams
- Monitor and analyze revenue management data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
- Matric certificate required
- Excellent Afrikaans and English language skills (verbal and written)
- 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven experience with reservation management systems
- Knowledge of revenue optimization techniques
