Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Minimum Requirements: Matric certificate (Grade 12) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Own reliable transport 2 years working in a similar environment Key Responsibilities: Collect necessary information from clients to facilitate the preparation and processing of required paperwork for transactions Data entry accurately and efficiently enter data into computer systems, spreadsheets and databases Prepare, edit and distribute letters, supplier verifications, order verifications and other documentation Assist with marketing events, which may also occur after hours Gater, analyse and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on transactions that will be presented during credit meetings Attending credit committee meetings All administrative duties and/or ancillary tasks in respect of the employees position Competencies: Meticulous attention to detail Honest and trustworthy with a strong work ethic Efficient processing of orders Account & relationship management abilities resulting in excellent customer service Time management and ability to prioritise to meet sales targets Works well under pressure and within deadlines Collaborative team player and comfortable in a structured sales role Exceptional telephone skills Employment Details Employment Type: Permanent Employment Industry: Other Work space preference: Work Onsite Ideal work province: Gauteng Ideal work city: Centurion Salary bracket: R 15000 – 15000 Drivers License: CODE B (Car) Own car needed: Yes
