Job Description
- Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate (Grade 12)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Own reliable transport
- 2+ years working in a similar environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect necessary information from clients to facilitate the preparation and processing of required paperwork for transactions
- Data entry – accurately and efficiently enter data into computer systems, spreadsheets and databases
- Prepare, edit and distribute letters, supplier verifications, order verifications and other documentation
- Assist with marketing events, which may also occur after hours
- Gater, analyse and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on transactions that will be presented during credit meetings
- Attending credit committee meetings
- All administrative duties and/or ancillary tasks in respect of the employee’s position

- Time management and ability to prioritise to meet sales targets
