Centurion: Sales Co-Ordinator

Requirements: – Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential. – Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. – Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business (preferred). – Valid drivers license and own reliable transport are required Role and Responsibilities: Daily Responsibilities – Manage and monitor all incoming customer enquiries. – Assist with quotations for rentals, moves, and transport services. – Oversee reception management, ensuring smooth communication with clients. – Provide 24-hour closed enquiry follow-up assistance, when required. – Maintain and update the missed call log. – Compile job cards accurately and ensure all relevant information is captured. – Conduct Job Card Q&A approvals to ensure compliance and accuracy. – Review and approve quotes from other sales representatives (R100,000 R300,000, non-technical). – Provide support with transport quotations as needed. Weekly Responsibilities – Follow up with Sales Representatives on open and live items to ensure progress and closure. Monthly Responsibilities – Close all open quotes and ensure proper documentation. – Review monthly sales statistics and performance reports. – Conduct follow-ups on the Open Items Report with Sales Representatives. – Assist in preparing the monthly website article or content updates. Ad-Hoc Responsibilities – Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Sales Manager as required.
