About the Role

Network Finance is seeking an experienced and skilled Centurion: Senior Draughtsman to join our team. As a key member of our MEP design department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality drawings, coordinating models, and collaborating with engineers and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed MEP drawings using Revit in line with project specifications
Develop coordinated models and construction-ready drawings
Liaise with engineers, project managers, and external consultants
Review and check drawings for accuracy, compliance, and constructability
Maintain drawing standards and contribute to continuous improvement of drafting processes

Requirements

Recognised Draughting Certificate or equivalent qualification
Extensive experience using Revit MEP in a professional environment
Strong understanding of building services systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Qualifications

Completed Diploma in Draughting or related field
