Responsibilities:

Manage client accounts and technical projects, ensuring effective use of Altair Simulation tools. Analyze client engineering workflows and recommend optimal simulation solutions. Provide training and technical support on Altair Simulation products. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute business growth initiatives. Present technical solutions to clients, aligning with their design objectives. Troubleshoot engineering challenges, introduce best practices, and implement innovative design concepts. Serve as a technical advisor and primary contact for customer queries. Qualifications & Experience: B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with a strong focus on computational methods. Minimum 3 years of industry experience in simulation applications and support. Proven expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) or Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) using software such as Altair, SOLIDWORKS Simulation, ANSYS, or Nastran . Strong problem-solving skills with a keen interest in innovative design methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships. Experience in applying simulation strategies to real-world engineering projects is highly advantageous. Preferred Skills: Strong software proficiency and eagerness to learn new technologies.
