About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Centurion Software Developer to join our team, responsible for developing robust cross-platform applications using a single codebase. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile and web application development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy robust cross-platform applications (Web and Android) from a single codebase
- Write clean, maintainable code primarily using Dart, with exposure to Java, Kotlin, and C#
- Collaborate with team members to improve development processes and technical solutions
- Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
- Work within Agile/Scrum development environments
- Utilise version control systems and CI/CD pipelines effectively
Requirements
- 5 years experience in mobile and/or web application development
- Strong object-oriented programming knowledge
- Solid experience with Flutter and Dart
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services
- Proficient with IDEs such as Android Studio, VS Code, and Visual Studio (2019 or newer)
- Experience using Git and/or Bitbucket
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
