Job Summary

This role ensures dealer technical capability and repair quality through specialized After Sales consulting, on-site coaching, compliance audits, and expert technical support, driving strategic objectives, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing adherence to Group Service standards.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Act as a “flying doctor” to provide on-site technical assessments, vehicle evaluations, and guidance for escalated issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis on complex vehicle problems and contribute to Dealer training content.
• Ensure economic diagnosis methods, high repair quality, and compliance with workshop processes.
• Conduct Dealer audits for compliance with Group Aftersales standards and monitor technical metrics.
• Collaborate with Dealer Management to address underperformance and implement corrective actions.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and limit corporate liability risks.
• Develop and coach Dealer personnel to improve technical and compliance capabilities.
• Travel locally and regionally to support Dealers and Importers at short notice.

Qualifications:

• Degree/National Diploma in Engineering, Operations, Business, or Marketing Management, plus a Master Technician Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Group Service Technical or Dealer Workshop Management.

Experience Required:

• At least 5 years in the motor industry, particularly in Technical Services, Product Engineering, or Group After Sales.
• Minimum 2 years handling technical automotive product support and customer service.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

• Expert knowledge of products, diagnostics, warranty processes, and dealer workshop operations.
• Proficiency in Guided Fault Finding (GFF) and understanding of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
• Strong problem-solving, customer orientation, and persuasive communication skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office) and familiarity with Group systems.

Competencies:

• Ability to manage Dealer strategies and training initiatives.
• Logical, spatial, and visual thinking skills for technical troubleshooting.
• Assertive and effective in driving performance improvement.
