About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Foreman to join our team, with a strong background in the Automotive Industry at a Premium Dealership. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to manage a workshop effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of technicians and laborers
- Ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets
- Conduct quality control checks on vehicles and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience as a Workshop Foreman within the Automotive Industry at a Premium Dealership
- Trade Test for Motor Mechanic completed through merSETA | QCTO
- Valid Driver’s License
- Fluent in English
- Ability to provide contactable references
- 3 months’ payslips
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications not specified.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary of up to R 30 000 – R 45 000
