You will also coordinate closely with housekeeping, security, and building management to ensure seamless operations.Key Responsibilities – Greet all guests with warmth and professionalism – Perform guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately – Confirm and manage reservations via booking platforms and WhatsApp – Complete biometric access registration and guest onboarding – Provide guests with information on amenities, services, and local attractions – Liaise with housekeeping and building security to ensure smooth guest experience – Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and diplomatically – Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area – Assist guests with luggage storage, tour bookings, and activity arrangements – Manage clerical duties such as sorting mail and basic administrative tasks – Monitor communication channels (email, WhatsApp) for guest messages and books.
