Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop & Lead Growth Strategies – Identify and pursue new business opportunities in rail and logistics.
2. Financial & Cost Modeling – Build and refine pricing models to support competitive tenders (65% focus).
3. Tender & Proposal Leadership – Oversee high-quality bid submissions and client presentations.
4. Stakeholder Engagement – Represent the company at industry forums and negotiate contracts.
5. Team Collaboration – Work with executives and mentor a Business Development Officer.

Qualifications:

• BCom (Honours) or related degree (postgraduate preferred)
• 5+ years in rail/logistics with strong financial & tender experience
• Advanced Excel & presentation skills
