Job Description
You’ll:
- Manage project costing and cost analysis across multiple industrial projects.
- Monitor and control budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
- Prepare detailed management accounts and variance reports.
- Provide cost breakdowns, margin analysis, and financial modelling for strategic decisions.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose cost optimisation opportunities.
- Collaborate with operational, site, and project managers to align financial goals.
- Maintain integrity across financial systems and reporting structures.
- Support the implementation of improved costing methodologies and controls.
? Your Professional Foundation
- BCom Honours in Accounting or Finance (essential).
- CIMA qualification (beneficial).
- 6 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in costing or project-based accounting.
- Strong background in cost control, financial analysis, and project reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and Excel modelling skills.
- Experience within a hardcore industrial or construction environment.
- A confident communicator with strong business acumen and attention to detail.
