Job Summary
Hire Resolves client in the engineering and automation industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Designer in the Port Elizabeth Metropolitan Area, South Africa.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily design tasks utilizing software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Contribute to mechanical design and product development initiatives.
- Apply engineering principles and manufacturing processes to design efforts.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve project goals.
- Communicate project statuses and concepts clearly and effectively.
- Maintain a keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other relevant design software.
- Proven experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong teamwork capabilities and a collaborative work style.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Rigorous attention to detail with an ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Location: Port Elizabeth Metropolitan Area, South Africa
