Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Senior Head Guide for a prestigious luxury private game lodge based in KwaZulu-Natal. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and passionate guide to join a professional team dedicated to delivering unforgettable safari experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct exceptional game drives and interpretive walking safaris

• Deliver educational and engaging wildlife experiences for guests

• Uphold the highest safety standards in all guiding activities

• Provide mentorship and informal training to junior guides

• Assist with minimal administrative tasks as required

• Represent the lodge professionally and contribute to positive guest feedback

• Support conservation and sustainability practices within the reserve

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in the guiding industry

• FGASA Level 2 and Full Trails Guide qualification preferred

• Candidates working towards Full Trails and/or FGASA Level 2 with strong experience will also be considered

• Valid ARH, First Aid Level 1, and Drivers License with valid PrDP

• Solid track record in guest interaction and guiding excellence

• Passionate about wildlife, conservation, and delivering a premium guest experience

• Team player with a professional attitude and leadership potential
