• Perform accounting duties including the review and preparation of reconciliations
• Prepare and submit various financial reports within required deadlines
• Review financial documents to ensure tax and other statutory compliance
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting standards

Key Requirements:

• BCom Degree in Accounting or higher
• Completed articles will be advantageous
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar accounting role
• Property industry experience preferred but not essential
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
