Job Summary

Key
Responsibilities:
- Design, installation, maintenance, and optimization of HVAC systems in commercial and industrial buildings.
- Perform load calculations, system evaluations, and energy modeling to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to deliver integrated building services solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ASIB standards and other relevant regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing clients with effective and timely solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project specifications.
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices.
Key
Requirements:
- A recognized qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer, preferably in the Building Services sector.
- ASIB accreditation is essential.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, system controls, and energy efficiency.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design and simulation software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration.
