Were looking for experienced & professional Mixologists/Bartenders in our trendy venue based in Durban.Qualifications/Experience/Skills:23-years previous experience in mixology & must have held a similar roleMust be able to mix ingredients to prepare signature cocktailsExcellent knowledge of cocktails, beer, spiritsAbility to prepare alcohol and non-alcoholic beveragesOffer exceptional customer service & a friendly serviceEnsure & maintain cleanliness of bar & glasswareResponsible for stock take & replenishing of stockExcellent communication skills must be able to speak English & preferably AfrikaansMust be able to manage ones stress & deal with difficult customersDue to the nature of the position, candidate must be trustworthy Advantageous Have a know-how of how to pour from tapMust have a clear criminal recordMust be a South African citizenOwn reliable transportGrade 12 and/Bartender course preferable*There will be an interview assessment

Salary:

R27.58 p/h as a minimum.
