About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Case Assistant to provide intraoperative clinical support for neurosurgical cases in Durban and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with surgeons and hospital teams to ensure seamless clinical support and product coverage during surgeries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support and technical guidance on product usage.
- Assist with intraoperative product coverage during neurosurgical cases.
- Collaborate with the senior representative to manage case schedules and coverage.
- Travel frequently within Durban and surrounding areas for case support.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on case activities.
- Ensure products are prepared and available for scheduled procedures.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with hospital staff and surgeons.
Requirements
- Strong interest in healthcare/medical field, ideally with clinical exposure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, reliable, and committed to delivering professional clinical support.
