About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client’s team as a Credit Administrator in the banking industry in Kwa-Zulu Natal. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of credit and lending processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process credit applications within specified timelines
- Evaluate and analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to determine creditworthiness
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather additional information and address any inquiries
- Assist in preparing credit reports and recommendations for approval or denial
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit transactions and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in credit administration or related role in the banking industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and credit evaluation software
- Knowledge of banking regulations and lending practices
