About the Role
Hire Resolve is seeking a skilled Creditors Clerk to join their team in Umhlanga, KZN. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in processing supplier invoices and conducting monthly reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices by accurately capturing and processing incoming supplier invoices.
- Conduct thorough monthly reconciliations of creditor accounts.
- Support the finance team during month-end closing procedures.
- Undertake various finance-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience using Pastel accounting software (preferably Pastel Evolution, but other versions will be considered).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
